A forward flexed position is known as kyphosis, which can compress our ribs, affecting our breathing, increasing stress on the low back, leading to disc herniations, sciatica etc. As well, this posture rolls your shoulders forwards, putting stress on your joints, compressing nerves and can lead to a plethora of other issues.
